We’re pleased to announce that Instigate Arts is confirmed to be part of this year’s Manchester After Hours festival.

Museums at Night is an annual, nocturnal celebration of the best of our museums and galleries – but Manchester has put it’s own twist on proceedings with Manchester After Hours, with evenings of secret gigs, poetry, dance, music and sound all across the city. The theme this year is Odd Coupling, and the festival will see producers, venues, and artists across the city who’ve not previously worked together, come together to produce a city wide line up of exciting arts, literature, sound and music.

Instigate Arts will be curating Sound From The Stores to be held at the People’s History Museum which will see some of Manchester’s most cutting edge sound artists producing work inspired by the museum’s vast archives for this special one-night-only event.

We’re really pleased to be teaming up with both Manchester After Hours and the People’s History Museum and can’t wait to develop what will be a wonderful evening.
